 Henri Gênet mouthpiece

I have an Henri Gênet mouthpiece with the "one up and three down" lines on it. I had it refaced by Everett Matson about 23 years ago and it plays pretty well. Could this be a Chedeville blank? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
