Amati Kraslice (probably not spelled correctly). I've played one 2 years ago while my Buffet RC was in maintenance. The keywork is dreadfully weak, the toneholes have the curls from the drilling still in them. But for the price it didn't play that bad at all. (not much worse than a Buffet B-10 or cheap Yamaha plastic)
(This doesn't mean I wasn't very happy when I got my RC back)

I've played an A Amati clarinet, two year ago. It was horrible! Even the fundamental C scale wasn't in pitch. It took a high effort to play "acceptable".
