You need to look and see what is written on the clarinet for a model name and look and find the serial number (often on the back of the clarinet near the middle joint). Then you can get the information on age and whether it is a pro, intermediate, or beginner model from Leblanc. They may be able to tell what current model is the nearest equivalent.
Since it is used, it's value is unlikely to be quite that high even if it is a professional model. However it should be a good instrument.
