 Champion - Made in USA
Author: Stephan Philipps

Hallo friends of the clarinet,

my name is Stephan Philipps and i´m from Germany/Europe.

A few days ago I bought an old clarinet. The coulor was nearly black and it looked realy terrible. After polishing it looks very well because the material is silver.

Who can tell me something about where the clarinet is coming from.

Things I know are:

1. Name of the company/producer (???) is Champion
2. Made in the USA
3. Serial-number AB 5711
4. Man who sold me the clarinet said it was a "New-Orleans"-clarinet
5. A sign: an Eagel-head with wings above 4 note-lines

Thank you for your help

with good regards

Stephan Philipps
