Robert,
You're wrong on both counts.
1) Cherrybomb asked and then got the tongue pierced the next day, before she could have read many of then answers. Her mind was made up before getting pierced. As a woodwind player she might have selected some other area of the body to get pierced first - perhaps the nose.

2) She got <b>some</b> prejudiced and judgemental answers.

Anyone old enough to get their body pierced should not be so naive as to think there won't be some adverse reaction. I mean, what's the <b>point</b> of pircing except to get some reaction, good or bad?
