Sabine and her family practice scales like a religious devotion.
They would sound well on a garden hose, given sufficient time.
In a recital held in Toronto, she declined all questions about gear... "It's not the machine that makes the music" said She.
If you want a German-bore design with modern French keys, Yamaha makes some and Stephen Fox does also.
Both are expensive.

Hmm, fancy her not being so obsessed by whether she plays an R-13 or WHATEVER - seems to me MANY folk could learn from her example

Also on Sabine Meyer - she will be performing with both Sydney and Melbourne Symphonys in August - make sure you book as they will sell out. She's playing the Copland in Melbourne and the Mozart in Sydney - both concerts will be broadcast by ABC Classic FM - can't WAIT.
