I know exactly what you're going through. I played Slavanskya last year with my wind ensemble and i was on the Eb Sop. Clarinet. In the 3rd movement there is a duet between me and the piccolo and i tell you it is high, N-E-Wayzz the thing i found that made the E sharper and more in tune is to finger a high F and to make the F# sound flatter try using half hole with your left hand pointer finger and close hole using left hand middle finger! LIke fingering an A just with half hole on the pointer finger! That might help. Good LUck
