 Charles Bay mouthpiece

Recently, i got a Charles Bay mouthpiece as a gift from a friend. He got it from London and it costs 120pounds (170 US Dollars). On its casing, it is written "Artist Quality" and on the mouthpiece itself, there are the following words"MO-M H1 101/148" in small gold prints. Does anyone have more information about it? Thanks
