 Buffet C13

A local music store is selling a Buffet C 13 B flat Clarinet for about $300 less than an R13.
I've looked in the archives and there is some mention of them in a discussion in 1999 but that discussion also keeps referring to an Evette Schaeffer model as a C13...

Does anyone know about these Buffet C13's or know anything about them?
I do know that it is German made, grenadilla wood, with silver plated keys.... But how do they play and are there over-riding concerns about them?
