All you New Yorkers like Ken Shaw--let us hear from you. We need to know you're alive and well. Someone asked about Guy Chadash--if you know about a fellow New Yorker--let us know.

Brenda,
Most of the New York crew have been checking in on the "Klarinet" list, and so far everyone has reported in OK, including Ken Shaw. Let's hope the good news continues.

Hi all,
Thank God, I am ok and well. Mere words cannot express the horror witnessed by those of us working near the WTC and as well as the rest of the city. My office is at 55 water street about a mile from the twin towers. Not trusting anything below ground for transit, I joined all my fellow commuters and walked across the Brooklyn Bridge and then onto home.
Kirk, still numb with grief and shock

Brenda
I and the Elite you recently sold me are safe. We live well uptown, away from the disaster scene.
It is now raining, having started about 1am with a noisy thunderstorm that caused me to awake and run to the radio to make sure it was not another bombing. That's how tense I am in the wake of the tragedy, and I am not the only one.
