Can anyone tell me the difference between models 2-20 and the 1010 Imperial?
The 1010 is marked Symphony? Both have serial numbers in the 200,000 range?
Both are wood and in seemingly good condition, though probably need pads. What are they worth? Or are they even worth bothering with?

The 2-20 is an intermediate-level clarinet (successor to The Edgware), from what I've read it had a moderately-large bore (maybe around .500), while the 1010 is the top-of-the-line and had the largest bore of any major production clarinet (around .510?) --- do a search on Sneezy here and I'm sure the answers are within (at least as far as the Symphony 1010 is concerned).

Thanks for the info....I do believe I heard the Peter Eaton is a Boosey knock off...
Still wondering what price the 1010 and 2-20 command? Taking into consideration both need repads....thanks again...

The 1010's command a rather high price because of their status as the instrument of many of the great older British players (and because they were B&H's top-of-the-line). The 2-20s are basic intermediate clarinets, comparable in value probably to typical Evette-Schaefer/Buffet E-11-type clarinets, so maybe worth $100-$200 depending on condition.
