Let me pivot BACK to the spirit of the post!

I have two wonderful "German mouthpieces" from Gleichweit that work wonderfully on Boehm. Similar to what was said above, pitch just seems to "lock in." And the sound is the best I have gotten on any other German mouthpiece. I use these atop Boehm clarinets just using the thicker black o-rings (you can add the even thicker orange one at the very bottom to make the mouthpiece even more stable).
