Young Paul Moosbrugger plays an unforgettable rendition of Luigi Bassi's Rigoletto variations. Listen at 4:45-4:50 when he easily jumps those G octave hurdles. Everything is so good--tone, phrasing, attention to dynamics, articulation, rhythm, intonation--you name it! We don't get to hear many "next-generation" players out of Vienna. This one certainly has something to say on the clarinet.
