It's not that likely but still possible the problem is the mouthpiece. Stock mouthpieces on Chinese instruments vary a lot and often they are terrible. I would first check with the Yamaha mouthpiece when you have it to verify.
If it's still bad, I would probably return it. It's a not a little sharp, which is normal (even in countries where 440 is "normal" instruments should be possible to play at 442, so having a 442 instrument is preferable generally). Yours is more than a quarter tone sharp. In Hertz, it's like tuning to A=454.
