 Reed Preparation for Double-Lip Players
Author: McDonalds Eater

I was listening to a podcast from Clarineat with Eugene Mondie (who is a double-lip player).

Mondie mentioned that reed preparation for double-lip players is different because most reeds out there are made for single-lip players.

I'm curious to know, what are the preparations made to a reed for optimal double-lip playing?

The only thing I know is that the reed must be balanced for optimal response and playing. Is there anything else?
