In the last year or so, at least 2 American shops have had Dolnet (pronounced "Dol-nay"?) clarinets for sale: Jeremy Soule the "Vintage Clarinet Doctor" https://www.thevintageclarinetdoctor.com and Second Wind Music https://www.secondwindmusic.biz.

Dolnets had fairly large bores and often came with Dolnet mouthpieces that were made on Alelandais blanks.
