Ha ha! Funny to click on the photo and see my old line-up from long ago! I did it on my piano music stand! For me, your mouthpiece has two characteristic that are familiar: (1) logo on bottom (not middle) of tenon and (2) one line up, one line down blank. I will be shot dead (again!) by the professionals here, but to me that adds up to 1940s era Chedeville blank. There's probably not a "FRANCE" to the side because you've got "PARIS" on the front. Is there an "M" or "MO" stamped to the right (on the shoulder) of the table?
