 Fingering Help

Hey y’all,
I’m looking at the Rose 40 Studies book, and I need some help with no. 2. Got any tips for going back and forth between Eb and Bb (lower register)? I’ve tried using the fork key, doesn’t work too well, as well as the side key, which works a bit better but still is wonky. Any help?
