Just by way of clarification, the one you show makes it an 18-key, 7-ring clarinet (the left hand thumb has a ring that is an articulated motion). The fork Eb/Bb is probably the most fiddly to regulate, but shows up the most often. The articulated C#/G# is (IMHO) the most valuable if you play the saxophone, although I dislike the extra sliver key that comes with it as it takes up valuable 'finger space'.
