 Bach Cello Suites

For someone who doesn't go to college for the clarinet/bass clarinet, but wants to learn to play classical music quite well; how many of the Bach Cello Suites should you learn? One or two, or maybe all of them? I'd like to be able to play the Marc Eychenne Sonata on my bass someday, but I understand you have to be extremely skilled to play that... speaking of which I seem to only be able to get 90min. a day about 3-4x a week... Still making progress in the right direction of course, but I use to have the time to get 3 hours in every day guranteed. I hate being an adult with obligations... Thanks for reading.
