Sudden problem with sounding B4 and C5

I've been appreciating and working on the last round of advice I got on here to good effect, WHEN.........

Suddenly, last night, when practicing, I started having progressively more difficulty getting B4 and C5 to sound. Tried different reeds to no effect. Couldn't play a long tone on B4 at all. Had a lesson today and the same thing happened. Teacher played my clarinet and determined it was fine. He hadn't seen me do this before, either. We tried long tones all over the clarinet with no problem, except on B4, and to a lesser degree, C5.

Does this make any sense at all? Do you have any recommendations for how to get out of the maddening funk I'm in at this moment?

Thanks,
Ben
