One thing I never understood is what the whole B&H Bandhite and B&H 300 thing was about. Those were the case badges on their plastic cases (Bandhite cases being grey with a convex lid and 300 cases being black with four raised ridges on them), but no actual B&H instruments to my knowledge ever carried those names.
