If it has "Qualitie Superiore" along the right side of the table, it is a post-war chedeville blank (late 50's-70's). These blanks can be quite good, but rarely work well with original facings. They're somewhat overlooked, but they have excellent potential, if you can get it for a decent price. With the market as soft as it is for vintage pieces, you should be able to get one for $50-100. Just make sure there aren't any serious chips along the rails or scratches to the baffle and plan on having it refaced by someone to have it be at its potential.
