 Best for orchestral audition???
Author: J-MB

My teacher gave me 2 piece to choose from, for an orchestral and a band audition which are both comprised of the best high school students in the area, my choices are

Weber Clarinet Concerto No.2 Recitative and Polacca

Willson Osborne- Rhapsodie for clarinet

The rhapsodie is more musical but the weber is more technical, I’m currently a freshmen but the auditions are in the fall, so I will be a sophmore then.

I would like some insight on which one would be better suited , as she said it is completely my choice!!
