I once bought a silver clarinet (circa 1940s at a guess) on ebay very cheaply. It was a bit of a job to get it going again, it needed quite a lot of keywork repaired and the bodywork sorted out. At the time I was getting married and the man who made my wedding ring was an amateur saxophonist. I was telling him he should really learn the clarinet, and in a while it occurred to me that he'd be the very man to fix it up! I gave it to him on the understanding that he'd give it a new lease of life!
He reworked the whole thing, silver plated it with gold keys... It sounded great!
He was a very proud owner and I like to think I won him over to team clarinet after that
I was just happy that it was getting played tbh, it would have cost me much more than I wanted to spend to do it up myself!
None of this is going to help you much though... I've never heard of the brand, sorry!
