The exercise was to 'build embouchure muscles'. The description is clearer in the post.
I found it when looking for how to change a lifetime of anchor tonguing.
Mouthpiece exercise: Not dropping it from fatigue but from an inability to hold it tightly enough ... I don't think the taper is the thing. I'm using my old Ann Arbor Kaspar for this (with a pad on the top).
If there are other posts regarding this thing I would appreciate hearing about them.
