Double check the sixteenth notes in bar 18. To my ears, beat one is D-F-G-Bb; then beat two is C-D-F-G, with the following Ab falling on a beat--it's a Bb pentatonic scale.
Everything after sounds right but needs to be accordingly shifted over a 16th (m. 19, for instance, should begin with a C). You can hear the clarinet player fudge the rhythm to get back on top of the beat toward the end.
Also, very few of the quarter-triplet rhythms sound like quarter-triplets. Most are eighth-quarter-eighth, with the clarinetist playing on the very backside of the beat.
