 Real clarinet or keyboard?

While searching through clarinet videos on YouTube, I ran across the following "clarinet" video.

I can't find any info on Ernie Sanders using Google or this BB search function.

After listening to all of the songs on his one and only album, I'm beginning to believe it's a keyboard clarinet sound I'm listening to.

What do you think?
