For the chromatic scale I use the standard fingerings for B6 & C7. Timing the 2nd finger of the two hands isn't super hard to nail down, and there are other intervals that require similar motions (*). Not the easiest trill, though.

Extending the scale higher yet involves worse awkwardness.

(*) for example D5-Bb5 using the forked 1+1 Bb.
