My first Eb was a similar Chinese thing that I bought new for $90. The keys bent if you barely touched them, and don't even ask about the horrendous tuning.
I used it during my undergrad to practice my audition music on a tiny, to-scale instrument and when I made it, used the school's R13.
Try finding an older wooden Noblet or something similar on eBay. You will be way happier spending $250 for something that is of better quality than having an $80 lamp-to-be.
