Looking at lists of Busoni's works is somewhat confusing. The opus numbers started over following the composer's own "reset". There are apparently several Opp. 10, including two different piano works.

Their are two other listings for apparently the same work you refer to (still Op. 10,) called Suite for Clarinet & Piano or also Andante con Moto for Clarinet in Piano. It's a single movement from 1878 in the key of E minor, and the clarinet part is for clarinet in C. It's said to be fairly short, 80 bars, three pages. (See Wikipedia re. Busoni's compositions.)

Anyway, as you probably already know, this piece doesn't seem to be listed in IMSLP.
