Julian Bliss Performs the Wayne Shorter Concerto, "Sherwood Forest"

The referenced google search link "When Julian Bliss Hung Out With Wayne Shorter" shows a year ago that Julian Bliss announced veteran jazz sax player Wayne Shorter was working on a clarinet concerto for him. Does anyone know if Shorter completed the concerto and if Bliss has performed it?
