Is there no mention of the title music in the opening or closing credits? Even if it's original for the movie, there would normally be a title given in the closing credits somewhere before or after the listing of 4th and 5th assistants to the 3rd grip, etc...
Of course, you might need to rent the actual film video.
There is a listing of music at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0071346/soundtrack?ref_=tt_trv_snd. It includes National Emblem March (Bagley) and The Thunderer (Sousa), but it isn't either of those because I know both marches and don't recognize the one you ask about. Then there's one titled Dixie by Daniel Decatur Emmett. That may be your music. I'll leave tracking it down to you to see if it's the one.
