I have a rod rubber mouthpiece that has a small chip out of the tenon. Some time ago I purchased a 2 part clay type product. one was gray and the other black and each one looked like a miniature tootsie roll. You knead them together until they are all black and then as a clay like substance repair the tenon and in about an hour it turns to solid rubber and then sand and it is virtually invisible. Anybody know the name of this product, where to get it or another way to repair chipped rod rubber mouthpiece tenons. Thanks.

Epoxy putty. A chip out of the tenon may not even need to be fixed. You have a photo?

Wow. That's the one. Milliput is excellent. I also used it to fill in a circular indentation on the rear bumper of my black car that was made from someone banging into it in a parking lot with their front license plate cover round bolt and after using the milliput it looks like one of those backup sensors. Mr. Dibbs, I so appreciate it.

Whatever you use: make sure it's non-toxic. Your dentist may be able to advise you.
