I have listened to many jazz clarinetist and interested in this style of music . So , I want to know ...
1 .what should I start to study on jazz style of playing ?
2. Any book should I read about jazz clarinet ?

No...listening and emulating is the way to go. Reading books won't help in any particular way.

I agree if what you mean is purely "sound" or your personal approach to "jazz." But if you refer to the mechanics of how to play in the improvised style of music, it is a discipline like any other and a LOT of learning on what to do to play against "changes" is beneficial.......or you might find yourself not learning enough to get by.
