I have been attempting, without success, to obtain the following 3 books by David Etheridge entitled:

“A Practical Approach to the Clarinet“.

Book 1. Beginning
Book 2. Intermediate
Book 3. Advanced

I should be very grateful for suggestions as to where in the UK I might be able to get hold of them.
