 Normandy resotone help

I have been trying to id/ date a Normandy resotone clarinet. The "resotone" text is in a scroll/italic font. It says Nornormandy usa resotone. It does not have plateau keys. I did not see a coil spring but I am a sax player and not a clarinet player so I may not have looked in the right spot for that. The s/n is 2598G and is near the lower end of the upper body piece.

Does this sound like a model 14 second version or is this likely a much newer model?

Thanks.

-Dan
