They are errors, even though different editions may repeat them. The first grace notes are e-f, the next are b-c, F#-g, c#-d, g#-a, d-eb, a-bb and e-f, or the normal way to do half-step grace notes in each case.
The correction is printed in David Hite's "Cyrille Rose 40 Studies" and he identifies the original violin etude as "Gavinies No. 10 in b-flat minor." You might be able to find the Gavainies etude at IMSLP.
Hite also restores a good many deletions and other changes that Rose made to the originals. I actually enjoy playing Hite's versions (restorations?) more than the original Rose editions.
