The Bonade ligature is symmetrical. Any cap that fits the regular version will also fit the inverted version.
Caps are deliberately made of soft metal so that they can be bent to fit your particular mouthpiece and reed.
Even with plastic reeds, I would always take the reed off the mouthpiece before putting it in the case. Otherwise it sticks to the lay. Also, with the ligature tight, you run the risk of deforming the shape of the mouthpiece and reed. Finally, it's very important to clean out the mouthpiece, which you can't do with the reed on.
