Clarinet/Oboe Trio

I'm going to start a trio with an oboist I know and we hope to gig at weddings and anywhere else that'll take us. Any suggestions for a well-matching third instrument? Something portable so no pianos. I'm thinking Cello so that we have something to play the low end but I'm open to suggestions. We expect to do some arranging to make the trio work but if the instrumentation also has a repertoire, that's a bonus.
