Netiher?
A standard Bb Lp clarinet is 23 1/2 inches long. It sounds like you might have an A clarinet. Assuming you aren't including the mouthpiece in the measurement. Could you please provide more details?

Someone is selling a metal clarinet that I believe is high pitch. They do not know but provided me with measurements as follows. The long piece measures 13"1/2 long from bell to tip and the other piece measures 10"3/4 long. It is a Bb. Any ideas.

Using a tuner play a D and see it it registers a concert C. If it does it's a Bb clarinet. If it registers a D it's a C clarinet and if it registers a B then it's an A clarinet.

If you have a smartphone: look for chromatic tuner apps.
If you have a mike for your computer: freeware "Chromatia tuner" in my opinion is excellent.

Isn't that a Couesnon that was for auction in recent history? Or one like it. I don't care what pitch it is- museum piece!
