Hey folks, as most of you know this 4th movement is written for the "C" clarinet.
I have a student a senior in high school that can't transpose yet and this is a community orchestra. I had enough trouble getting her into the orchestra, took 1 1/2 years to get her up to speed.
Does anyone know if there is a place to get a copy of the 4th movement for the Bb clarinet? I need mainly the second clarinet part, but if the first clarinetist is out sick or something she will most likely need to play that part. Not sure though.
I have the PDF file. Can one of those computer music programs transpose it? I'm not into electronic music programs, but if I send the PDF file to a volunteer can someone be able to transpose this without taking up too much time?
I'm just trying to avoid doing this by hand. Best email to reach me is savagesax@aol.com Thanks in advance!

You can buy a transposed clarinet part (first or second clarinet) for the last movement of Tchaikovsky Symphony 2 at MusicaNeo.com.

Thank you folks very much for your kind help. Thank you Karl for the first clarinet part and also emailing me the second part as well.
Needless to say I will keep all of this information in case I run into a piece that I can't transpose very well like the difficult last movement of Symphonie Fantastique is for C clarinet (in the 2nd part, the 1st part is in Eb). Or Berlioz Overture to Benvenuto Cellini is all in C and tricky.
It's surely much easier to buy the part or in this case it was extremely nice that Karl came through for this nice girl.
Again, many thanks. a lot of valuable information.
