Ther are several variables including width of tip rail that preclude a single definitive position.
That said if the reed is correctly balanced then mounted dead centre and with maybe the smallest amount of black visible (allowing for parallax too) is a good starting point. But be prepared to make small adjustments to find the optimal position thereafter and of course may be needs changing during course of extended play.
