Roger Garrett is a bass clarinet specialist who makes one for $135 http://www.garrettmusicproducts.com/Clarinet%20Mouthpieces.html.

Unless you're willing to pay for a complete reworking, stay away from the Selmer models. The design is good but their equipment is way out of alignment and the facings are invariably crooked.
