Vitos all play pretty much the same.

In addition to eBay, try Goodwill Auctions http://www.shopgoodwill.com/search/SearchKey.asp?itemtitle=clarinet&showthumbs=on&sortBy=itemEndTime&sortOrder=a&closed=&sellerid=all&srchdesc=on&month=&day=&year=&days=0&catID=189, where the prices are usually lower. However, the sellers know less.

Anything you buy on either site will need to be put into good playing condition.

Almost any clarinet will sound good with a good mouthpiece, and even better with a good barrel.
