I've never tried the Cicero or the CF+, but I play on a CWF and I love it. It's very free-blowing and reed-friendly (I've had the best success with Peter Leuthner #4s), with lots of color and upper overtones in the sound. Not "bright" in the negative sense by any means, just colorful. It projects nicely over an ensemble.
The CWF has a small tip opening and a longer facing.
I've been to Clark Fobes's house where he makes all of the mouthpieces; his process of adjusting and test-playing each mouthpiece is really interesting.
