 RE: sanitizing reeds
Author: joseph o'kelly

When I get ready for a long practice setion I usually fill a cup with water and listerene and soak my reeds in them regardless of if I had a cold or not.
When you think about it bacteria could form from letting the reed sit around especially after having it in ones mouth. It dosn't hurt and letting it soaking allows the reed to be moist for when you need it.
