 Re: Older Ridenour Lyrique Clarinets

I have a late Arioso (purchased directly from the Ridenours) I think is between 5 and 10 yr old, purchased new in 2013, and it is super duper. Ted R described it as having the same acoustics and keywork they had finalized for the Lyriques. So if I understand the sequence of models, any Lyrique has to be newer than mine, and no reason it would have any issues (at least when it was new, anything can happen to a clarinet once it leaves the mfg). If anyone else here knows any different, please speak up.

Also, if you post your Lyrique serial # (many folks post #'s here but some are nervous to do so- not sure why), others with Lyriques could compare to their #'s and help you guess when yours was sold (maybe even when made).

And anyway, why not bypass all the guessing and ask the Ridenours directly?
