It sounds like you'll need a custom barrel unless you can find a used 1950s Malerne stencil on Ebay or somewhere else with a barrel that happens to be longer. Since it doesn't really matter what condition the duplicate is in - you may be able to harvest other parts if you need them - it shouldn't be expensive. A Google search came up with at least one currently on Ebay. If you go to Ebay and search there you may find several.
There custom makers around - maybe Backun (already suggested, although they're very busy up there) or Allan Segal (check the link on the right to Mouthpieces and Barrels), with whom I've had very satisfactory dealings. You will almost certainly have to send your barrel - I doubt either Morrie or Allan or anyone else will want to use your measurements.
I suppose much depends on how attached you really are to the Malerne. Clarinet technology has come a long way since then.
