There probably isn't such a thing as a Jazz mouthpiece per se but it is generally assumed that many jazz players use a mouthpiece with a more open lay and softer reeds in order to assist note bending and glisss etc.
There are plenty of ebonite/hard rubber mouthpieces that also fit this bill from many manufacturers.
Vandoren themselves produce a 5JB or certainly used to.
